| Room Prices: Traditional $155 Single $155 Double Deluxe $185 Single $185 Double Westin Business $215 Single $215 Double Corner Suites $205 Single $205 Double Triple and Quad occupancy $20 per person All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 4% Tourism Marketing Levy, 6%GST as well as 1% Destination Marketing Fee. RESERVATION PROCEDURES All guest shall make reservations directly with the Hotel at 403-266-1611 or through Operator Central Reservation Office at 1-800-937-8461 on an individual basis, identifying themselves as members of North American Rangers Supporters Association. Should room member want to hold their room past 6:00pm, a credit card guarantee will be due from the individual Group members by May 6, 2008. Deposits by individual Group members are fully refundable if a room is cancelled 24 prior to the day of arrival. After May 6 regular rates will apply if reservation have not been received by then. *These guest room rates will be offered by the Hotel 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates of the convention subject to availability at time of reservation. |
